We will now be offering a 400 hour program that will teach doulas everything from the basics of doula care to advanced doula techniques and complementary practices. I will be inviting expert teachers from around the world to join us on our learning journey, and I hope that you will join us too.

I am revising and adding to the Birth Companions Levels One and Two Doula Course that I have been teaching for the past few years.

I can never find enough time to teach my students everything they want to know, so I am now offering a full, comprehensive program that will start in September 2014.

From May 1st we will be starting prenatal group meetings weekly on a Thursday at the MBC house on Lescarbot from 2pm - 4pm. They will be open to all our clients and will include preparation for childbirth and Rivka Cymbalist will be present to offer prenatal care.

We will be offering prenatal classes in French, English and other languages; prenatal yoga; prenatal self care.
